Job summary

Prince of Wales Private Hospital, part of the Healthscope network, is seeking registered midwives to join the dynamic birthing unit and post-natal ward. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of midwives, obstetricians and neonatologists to deliver evidence-based care and exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Current Midwifery Registration with AHPRA is required.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check is required.
• Proven experience in a similar midwifery/nursing role is expected.
• Special Care Nursery experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based midwifery care and provide exceptional patient experiences to women and families.
• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Supervise and guide midwifery/nursing staff to deliver patient care.
• Deliver education and support to mothers and families.
