Job summary

Therapy Connect is seeking an Adult Speech Pathologist to join a diverse caseload on the beautiful Central Coast NSW. This full-time role offers an extensive mix across ICU, CCU, medical/surgical wards, rehabilitation, day therapies, VFSS clinic, outpatient and aged care settings.

The role provides excellent induction and ongoing clinical support, travel allowance, and a flexible, negotiable caseload within a friendly team. Closing date 09/10/26.

Qualifications

• Clinical communication and swallowing assessment skills for adults
• Ability to work across acute, subacute, and community settings

Responsibilities

• Swallowing & communication assessment and management for adult clients
• Multidisciplinary collaboration across varied clinical teams
• Education and liaison with staff, clients, and caregivers
• Participation in team meetings and projects
• Flexible caseload management and work hours
