Job summary

Therapy Connect on the beautiful Central Coast is seeking an experienced adult speech pathologist for a full-time role with part-time consideration. You will work across ICU, CCU, medical/surgical wards, rehabilitation, day therapy, VFSS clinic, outpatients and aged care, delivering swallowing and communication assessments with clinical autonomy.

The role offers excellent induction and ongoing clinical support, travel allowance, and a flexible caseload in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
• Holder of a valid driver's licence and access to a car.
• NDIS Worker Check.
• Police Check completed.
• Covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
• Flexible, adaptable across varied adult settings.

About the Opportunity

You’ll join a wellestablished adult speech pathology service providing care across:

• Three private hospitals
• Multiple aged care facilities
• Community and homebased settings

Your caseload will span ICU, CCU, medical/surgical wards, rehabilitation wards, day therapy programs, VFSS clinic, out patients and aged care — ideal for someone who thrives on clinical diversity and autonomy.
