Job summary

Saint Mark's Coptic Orthodox College is seeking a 0.8 FTE Secondary Science Teacher (Years 7–10) with preference for Stage 6 Biology, Chemistry or Physics, commencing Term 1, 2027.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging, student-centered science lessons, create assessments, and extend programming to align with curriculum changes. NSW eligibility and a WWCC are required; prior experience with co-curricular programs is valued.

Qualifications

• Eligible to teach in NSW with NESA.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Experience teaching Years 7–10.
• Preference for Stage 6 Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
