Job summary

Beenleigh Bowls Club is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our close knit management team. This full time role will see you hands-on with 38 hours per week, leading a team and overseeing daily operations, including gaming and liquor compliance.

There is potential to be appointed Assistant Manager for the right candidate. You will work across opening/closing shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, and contribute to functions and promotions while maintaining high customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' managerial or supervisory experience within hospitality.
• Strong broader hospitality experience.
• RMLV and Manager's Licence desirable.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and responsible service requirements.
• Confidence leading staff and making decisions while on shift.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to connect with people from all backgrounds and age groups.
• An interest in sport and the Club environment.
• A practical, hands on management style.
• Availability is essential.

Duty Manager | Assistant Manager Opportunity

Beenleigh Bowls Club is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our close knit management team. For the right candidate with the right level of experience, this role has the opportunity to be appointed at Assistant Manager level.

This is a full time, hands on management role working 38 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is confident leading a team, compliance minded, enjoys hospitality and can comfortably mix with all walks of life.

About the Role

As part of the management team, you will be responsible for the smooth day to day operation of the Club while on shift.

Availability is essential.

The management roster includes both opening and closing shifts. The Club trades until 12am, so you must be available to work nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
