Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Western Australia invites you to join our team in a key operations and guest-services role within the club environment. You will deliver premium customer service, uphold high standards of cleanliness, and manage opening/closing tasks across multiple departments, including Reception, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Gym, Pool and Sales.

Formación

• Experience in delivering premium customer service.
• Natural leadership and highly organised qualities.
• Strong interest and passion for the health & fitness industry.
• Adequate financial skills.
• Previous experience in food and beverage would be an advantage.
• Operational experience.
• Current qualifications in First Aid and Resuscitation, Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate, Pool Life Guard; and
• Must be well presented.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed member expectations and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of change rooms, steam, sauna areas and pool surrounds; and
• Take pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllers.
• Ensure efficient operations across the Club.
• Manage the opening and closing of the Club.
• Provide leadership, motivation and innovation to teams.
• Deliver operational support to all departments including Reception, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Crèche, Gym, Pool and Sales.
• Guarantee the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the building.
