Job summary

Mining Skills Australia (MSA) is expanding our training team and we’re seeking experienced, proactive, and adaptable Dump Truck Trainers to support the development of new-to-industry operators—particularly women entering the mining sector. Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Current RII qualifications and relevant machine competencies.
• CAT 789/793-D/F experience (highly regarded).
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on dump truck operating experience.
• Experience delivering operator training, step-up training, or refresher training.
• Ability to document and maintain accurate training records.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic computer literacy (PCs, tablets, Android devices).
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Frontrunner qualifications/experience (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support for new-to-industry female operators.
