Job summary

JK Williams Group in NSW seeks a skilled Dump Truck Operator to keep our civil construction sites running at full pace. You’ll move earth efficiently, work safely, and bring your A‑game every day.

You’ll operate articulated and rigid dump trucks, haul spoil, aggregates and fill across active sites, perform pre-start inspections, follow haulage procedures and collaborate with a team of experienced operators to deliver projects on time and to our safety standards.

Qualifications

• Dump truck experience in civil construction or bulk earthworks.
• Solid competency operating large mobile plant safely and efficiently.
• Understanding of site safety and environmental obligations.
• Strong attendance, work ethic, and team-first attitude.
• Clear communicator who takes direction.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks safely and productively across live civil construction sites
• Transport bulk materials in line with site plans and supervisor direction
• Complete thorough pre-start inspections
• Follow all loading and haulage procedures to keep site movement smooth
• Work with a team of experienced operators
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Leading Hands and plant operators
• Own your WHS and environmental responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll be behind the wheel of articulated and/or rigid dump trucks, hauling bulk materials — spoil, aggregates, fill — across active civil construction sites. Your work directly drives project delivery, so reliability and precision matter.
