The Essentials:

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and a paid NSW WWCC clearance.
• A “can‑do” attitude and willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
• Bonus points if you hold a Cert III or IV in Disability through your hands‑on drive is what matters most!
