Job summary

Westhaven Ltd. in Dubbo, NSW is seeking experienced Support Workers to empower adults with disabilities and foster independence. You will deliver personalised support, assist with daily living skills, and help clients participate in the community with dignity and choice.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) and a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).

Responsibilities

• Guide daily living skills and support individual personal care.
• Facilitate active community access, social engagement, and key appointments.
• Complete daily case notes, incident reports, and essential administrative tasks.
• Work flexibly across various age groups and client needs.
• Availability across a 24/7 roster (including mornings, evenings, and sleepover shifts) is highly valued.
