Gladstone Hospital in Queensland seeks an experienced Registered Midwife to join the Maternity and Birth Suite on a contract basis, starting asap through to 18 November 2026. You will support women and families across antenatal, postnatal, and birth suite care, with on-call duties and flexible shift patterns.

The role requires birth suite management and labour support expertise, current Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation certification or equivalent, and the ability to work within a rotating on-call

Qualifikationen

• Experience in maternity, antenatal and postnatal care delivery.
• Birth suite management and labour support experience.
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation certification or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexibly on a rotating on-call roster.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive maternity care across antenatal, postnatal and birth suite settings.
• Engage in on-call roster with structured shift breaks and clear expectations.
• Operate within a contract through November 2026 at Gladstone Hospital, Queensland.
