Pattern, a US-headquartered ecommerce acceleration company, is hiring a Marketing Assistant in Sydney. This externally-facing role supports lead generation, events, content, email marketing, and brand representation from our Sydney office in a hybrid setup.

You will collaborate with sales, partnerships, and design teams to build pipelines, manage campaigns, and promote webinars and events while growing Pattern's presence on LinkedIn and Meta.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, partnerships, or technology.
• Externally-facing: confident presenting, networking, and representing a brand.
• Proactive and organised with strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation across events, webinars, content, and email to build Pattern's pipeline.
• Track MQLs, meetings, and conversions; identify effective tactics to scale.
• Collaborate with sales and partnerships to ensure clean lead handoffs.
• Represent Pattern at events, webinars, and outreach as the first impression.
• Help office present well to visitors and candidates; contribute to culture.
