Job summary

nib Health Funds Limited is seeking a DTC Marketing Coordinator to support lead generation, nurture and conversion across nib, International, corporate and affiliate channels. You will coordinate campaigns from planning to launch, manage content and reporting, and track outcomes.

The role involves setting up offers in the Nudge platform, liaising with design for assets, and handling enquiries to ensure timely and accurate outcomes. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

About this role

As the DTC Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support activity that helps generate, nurture and convert leads across our direct to consumer nib and International, corporate, and affiliate channels.

You’ll help coordinate lead generation and offer campaigns from planning through to launch supporting tasks such as campaign set up, approvals, content, reporting, collateral updates, enquiry management and follow‑up activity. You’ll also work with stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered smoothly and tracked accurately, helping the team understand what is driving quality leads and sales conversion.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Support nib brands by sourcing data, performing Excel analysis, and preparing fulfilment files for lead generation competitions and offers, while coordinating communications with the Comms team.
• Maintain and update campaign management spreadsheets to ensure accurate tracking of offer and campaign details.
• Produce campaign wrap ups and performance reporting to highlight campaign outcomes and insights.
• Set up and launch offers in the Nudge platform, ensuring they go live across all channels including EDMs and the website, and enabling tracking of member joins.
• Write clear, compliant terms and conditions for all offers.
• Collaborate with the Design team to brief and obtain creative assets for campaigns such as imagery and promotional materials.
• Manage and resolve customer enquiries and complaints related to offer fulfilment, conducting daily investigations to ensure accurate and timely outcomes.
