The Drives Sales Manager leads Schneider Electric's Drives (Variable Speed Drive) business across the Pacific Zone, with accountability for driving growth, commercial performance, market share expansion and profitability. As a member of the Industrial Automation Leadership Team, the role is responsible for defining and executing the business strategy for the Drives portfolio while ensuring offers, solutions and services are positioned to meet customer needs and deliver sustainable growth. The role combines strategic leadership with sales execution, leading a high-performing specialist sales team and driving business development, customer engagement and portfolio expansion across key industrial markets. Essential Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience. Experience leading industrial automation, drives, motion or electrical solution businesses. Strong understanding of industrial markets, channel ecosystems and customer buying behaviours. Preferred Deep knowledge of Variable Speed Drives, Motor Control, Industrial Automation or related technologies. Experience working across regional or global matrix organisations. Advanced commercial, financial and strategic planning capability. Experience managing sales performance, forecasting and business planning.
