Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking an experienced HR Driver for our Hobart depot. This full-time role covers side lift collection for municipal contracts, loading/unloading waste, and delivering to recycling/disposal facilities while delivering excellent customer service with a safety focus.

Holders of a HR licence with a clean driving record are encouraged to apply. 5:30am starts, pre-employment medicals and drug/alcohol testing required. Side lift training will be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a HR licence with some experience.
• Clean driving record is essential.
• Side lift experience desirable but training will be provided.
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing.

The Opportunity

• Performing loading and unloading duties of waste
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

You ideally will be an experienced HR driver

• Must have a HR LICENCE with some experience
• Strong work background - Waste would be amazing
• Side lift experience desirable but not essential - Will train the right candidate
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing
• Must be available for an early morning start 5.30am
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service ethic
• Commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team
