Job summary

Cleanaway, Australia’s leading waste management company, is seeking an HR Driver for our Hobart depot. The role involves loading and unloading waste, delivering to recycling and disposal sites, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining vehicle presentation.

Candidates with an HR licence and some experience are preferred. An early start at 5.30am and a willingness to undertake pre-employment medicals and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• Must have HR Licence with some experience.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing.
• Early start 5.30am and willingness to work in a fast-paced depot environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading and unloading duties of waste.
• Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keep vehicle presentation clean and inside/out.

The Opportunity

With continued business growth, several opportunities have become available at our Hobart depot.

• Performing loading and unloading duties of waste
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

You ideally will be an experienced HR driver

• Must have a HR LICENCE with some experience
• Strong work background - Waste would be amazing
• Side lift experience desirable but not essential - Will train the right candidate
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing
• Must be available for an early morning start 5.30am
• Commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team
