Job summary

Cleanaway is Australia’s leader in sustainable waste management solutions and seeks an experienced HR Driver for our Shepparton team. Operate a Rear Lift Collection Vehicle with full-time hours and overtime opportunities in a local community setting.

You will hold a current HR Licence, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, be physically fit for a hands-on role, and provide professional communication and customer service while keeping the vehicle clean and well presented.

The Opportunity

Cleanaway is seeking an experienced and safety-focused HR Driver to join our Shepparton team operating a Rear Lift Collection Vehicle. This hands-on role involves servicing local businesses and communities, with consistent full-time hours and overtime opportunities available.

Duties include:

• Safely operate Rear Lift collection vehicles
• Complete waste collection services across allocated runs
• Perform manual handling and loading activities as required
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle checks
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation
