Cleanaway is seeking experienced Truck Drivers/Heavy Vehicle Drivers for a permanent, full-time role based at the Mornington depot. You will perform essential waste collection across the region with a focus on safety, timely deliveries, and customer service.

The role emphasises professional presentation, teamwork and a commitment to safety, with additional benefits as part of a broader employee package.

The Opportunity

Based at our Mornington depot, we are seeking experienced Truck Drivers / Heavy Vehicle Drivers for full time work performing essential services throughout the region.

As a Multi System Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safe operations of collection vehicles: rear lift, hook lift and front lift
• Perform loading and unloading duties of commercial and industrial waste, material or consignment.
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

About You

• An unrestricted HR Licence as a minimum
• Clean Driving record
• A professional presentation and manner with strong customer service ethic
• Good team attitude, reliable and willing to learn.
• A strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Waste industry experience is not essential.
