Join Australia’s leader in sustainable, total waste management solutions. This permanent, full-time role based in Malaga, WA offers a 3am start and the opportunity to be home each night while operating Front Lift vehicles and supporting recycling and disposal facilities.

We value a clean driving record, safety-first mindset, and a reliable, customer-focused attitude. The position includes an early start, physical duties, and pre-employment medical/drug screening as part of our comprehensive

Qualifications

• Hold an unrestricted HR license as a minimum.
• Forklift licence is a plus but not essential.
• Must be available for an early morning start (3am).
• Physically fit and happy to get hands-on.
• Clean driving record and safety-first mindset.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Lift vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Load, transport, and unload waste and materials.
• Deliver to recycling and disposal facilities.
