Job summary

Stellarossa Sippy Downs cafe on the Sunshine Coast is seeking Experienced Baristas and Guest Service team members to deliver outstanding coffee, food, and host a memorable guest experience. You will work across Drive-Thru, dine-in and takeaway, with weekend shifts and opportunities for incentives and staff discounts.

About the Role

As an Experienced Barista at Stellarossa Sippy Downs Cafe, you will be busy pumping out coffees and preparing cold drinks for Drive-Thru, dine-in and takeaway, while interacting with guests, taking their orders, and supporting your fellow team members. This is a casual position with lots of hours on offer, including weekend work, which is a must.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.

• Interact with guests, taking their orders, answering their questions, and providing exceptional service all-round.

• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests at their tables or to guests for them to take home.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, Equipment or kitchen operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Availability to work weekends is essential.
