Job summary

PRJ Drilling is seeking a proficient operator based in Cairns to join our geotechnical drilling team. You will operate drilling equipment, work across Australia-wide sites, and uphold safety and teamwork as core values.

The role requires an HR Licence, a strong WHS focus, and proven geotechnical drilling experience, with the ability to work away for extended periods and autonomously when required.

Qualifications

• HR Licence is required.
• Strong focus on Work Health and Safety (WHS).
• Experience in geotechnical drilling across sites.
• Willingness to work Australia-wide and travel/roaming.
• Able to work both in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Operate geotechnical drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with crew to meet project timelines.
• Travel across Australia to different sites as required.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to safety policies and company standards.
