Job summary

PCH Civil is seeking a Drainer to join our Western Australian team. You will trench, install and align pipes, check slopes using levels or lasers, and backfill to spec.

The role requires hands-on pipe works and operating heavy plant, including excavators, within a FIFO 2/1 roster. We offer a stable, family‑owned culture with opportunities to work on major resources and public infrastructure projects across WA.

Qualifications

Description

At PCH Civil, we are looking for a Drainer to join our growing team with experience in:

• Grade trenches or culverts, position pipe or seal joints.
• Installation and setting out of pipes and prepare them for welding.
• Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers.
• Backfill the pipes as per the spec.
• Dig trenches to desired or required depths, by hand or trenching tools.
• Excavator operating along with other plant and equipment.
• Installation of pipe equipment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience required
• Willingness to work FIFO on a 2/1 roster
