Job summary

BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) seeks experienced Dragline Operators for the Goonyella Mine in Central Queensland. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' dragline experience and a valid C-class license, with operations on Marion 8050 and Bucyrus 1370 equipment.

You will work a 7 days on/7 off roster (including nights) or local arrangements, contribute to safe production, and join a diverse workforce committed to safety, environment, and community.

Qualifications

• Dragline operator with at least 2 years experience.
• Hold a minimum 'C' class driver's license.
• Experience operating Marion 8050 and Bucyrus 1370.
• Experience operating D10 and D11 dozers.
• Experience handling dragline cables.
• Experience operating a Cable Tractor.
• Experience operating graders, Cable truck, Reeler is also preferred.
• Trainer assessor competency highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, the community and the environment.
• Roster will be 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off roster; DIDO or Local to Moranbah.
• Contributes to the operation of mobile machinery and other plant in an open cut environment.
• Apply technical expertise to solve problems and deliver for the customer.

About The Role

We are currently seeking intgerest from experienced and safety focused Dragline Operators for our Goonyella Mine.
