Job summary

BHP Group is seeking experienced Dragline Operators for the Goonyella Mine in Queensland, Australia. The role involves operating draglines, adhering to safety standards, and working 7 days on/off roster with DIDO or local arrangements around Moranbah.

Responsibilities include operating Marion 8050, Bucyrus 1370 and other related equipment, contributing to safe production targets and team-based operations in an open-cut environment. Collaborative skills and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a dragline operator.
• Experience operating Marion 8050 & Bucyrus 1370.
• Experience operating D10 and D11 dozers.
• Experience operating a Cable Tractor.
• Experience operating graders and cable truck is preferred.
• Trainer assessor competency highly desirable.

We are currently seeking intgerest from experienced and safety focused Dragline Operators for our Goonyella Mine.

Reporting to the Supervisor Draglines, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, the community and the environment
• The roster will be 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off roster, DIDO or Local to Moranbah, working cooperatively within a team to achieve safe production targets
• Contributes to the operation of mobile machinery and other plant in an open cut environment
• Apply technical expertise to solve problems and deliver for the customer

About You
