Chandler Macleod is seeking a seasoned Dragline Operator to join one of Queensland's leading open-cut coal operations. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will operate dragline equipment safely and contribute to daily production targets on site.

This role offers FIFO, camp accommodation and meals, and a strong team-focused safety culture. You will perform pre-start inspections, work with maintenance crews, and uphold high housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating draglines in open-cut coal mining.
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain).
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
• Strong safety focus and positive team approach.
• Experience operating Marion 8050, BE1370 or similar draglines highly regarded.
• Additional experience on Dozers, Cable Tractors or Graders will be viewed favourably.

Dragline Operator

We're seeking experienced Dragline Operators to join a high-performing production team supporting one of Queensland's leading open-cut coal operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of dragline equipment while contributing to production targets and site safety objectives.

• Operate dragline equipment in accordance with site procedures and safety standards.
