Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader in Brisbane who will supervise a fast-paced crew, drive guest satisfaction and uphold food safety standards. You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure smooth service across peak periods.

Formación

• Leadership or supervisory experience in fast-paced hospitality or quick-service settings.

Additional Information

Full availability needed, including mornings, nights and weekends.

We are looking for shift leaders with availability across 7 days a week - Potential hours of 38 on offer for the right candidate. Previous QSR leadership roles beneficial but not necessary.

Business hours 5.30am-1.30am. Looking for all availabilities and anyone that is looking to grow into a shift leader position.

We'll be required to provide a current National Police Check.
