Job summary

Recruitment Select is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Downstream Planner for a manufacturing client in Benalla. You will plan customer demand, coordinate production schedules, and ensure products are available to meet requirements.

Working with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Sales and Customer Service, you will maintain supply chain performance and support business objectives. On-site, Monday to Friday, 9–5, 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, production planning or supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of S&OP, logistics, warehousing and procurement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing and logistics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demand forecasts and translate them to supply plans.
• Manage KPI's aligned with customer requirements and business targets.
• Manage short and medium term production and sales requirements.
• Align production schedules with customer demand.
• Experience with SAP and Kinaxis would be advantageous.

• Clearly communicate risks, inventory issues and supply plans.

Recruitment Select is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Downstream Planner for one of our manufacturing clients in Benalla. Working as part of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for planning customer demand, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring products are available to meet customer requirements.

Working closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Sales and Customer Service teams, you will play a key role in maintaining supply chain performance and supporting business objectives.

This is an on-site role, you will be required to work Monday to Friday, (9-5) 38 hours per week.
