Monash Health Foundation is seeking an experienced donor services leader to oversee the donor services function, ensuring accurate processing of philanthropic income and delivering exceptional donor service at Monash Medical Centre Clayton. You will lead a small team, manage reconciliations and support reporting across Foundation systems.

This role emphasizes leadership, analytics and continuous improvement within a purpose-driven environment, with occasional travel to other Monash Health sites

Qualifications

• Experience in donor services, fundraising operations or supporter care.
• Analytical, organised and proactive with strong accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team.

Responsabilités

• Lead the donor services function to ensure high donor experience.
• Oversee gift processing, receipting, acknowledgements and pledge admin.
• Lead, coach and develop Donations Services Officers.
• Manage reconciliations, reporting and data integrity across systems.
• Identify process improvements and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Partner with fundraising colleagues to meet objectives.
