Job summary

The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation in Sydney is seeking a proactive Donations Coordinator to lead donor engagement and corporate partnerships. This full-time role is based in Ashfield and focuses on growing financial and in-kind support through strategic donor stewardship and partnership development.

You will work with Marketing, Events and Volunteers to deliver fundraising campaigns, manage the CRM and report on KPIs, helping vulnerable members of our community through impactful partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, donor engagement or corporate partnerships.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with donors, businesses and internal teams.
• Proven track record in identifying and progressing partnership opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, major supporters and corporate partners.
• Identify and develop new corporate partnership opportunities aligned with BCF's mission and priorities.
• Grow a pipeline of prospective partners and progress opportunities.
• Coordinate donor engagement activities, campaigns, appeals and stewardship initiatives.
• Grow regular giving and bequest programs.
• Prepare partnership proposals, donor communications and reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events and Volunteering to deliver fundraising initiatives.
• Maintain donor and partner data in the CRM system and track KPIs.
• Provide updates to the CEO on significant donor relationships and opportunities.
• Represent BCF professionally at meetings and events.
