Job summary

The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation is seeking a proactive Donations Coordinator to lead donor engagement and grow corporate partnerships from its Ashfield-based team.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive fundraising campaigns, stewardship initiatives and opportunities for in-kind support to support vulnerable community members. You will manage day-to-day donor relations, identify new partners, and collaborate with Marketing, Events and other teams to deliver impactful fundraising programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor engagement, corporate partnerships, business development or related field.
• Strong relationship management skills with donors, businesses, senior stakeholders and internal teams.
• Experience with CRM systems, databases and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, major supporters, regular givers and corporate partners.
• Identify and develop new corporate partnership opportunities aligned with mission and priorities.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective corporate partners and progress opportunities.
• Coordinate donor engagement activities, fundraising campaigns, appeals and stewardship initiatives.
• Prepare partnership proposals, donor communications, presentations and impact updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Volunteering and internal teams to deliver fundraising and partnership initiatives.
