McKenzie Clean Pty Ltd is seeking a Domestic Cleaner (Aged Care) to support families and care facilities on the Gold Coast. This casual role offers around 15 hours per week with flexible shifts and growth potential.

Training is provided; experience preferred but not essential. You will thoroughly clean private homes and care environments, follow health and safety protocols, and communicate effectively with clients.

As a Domestic Cleaner (Aged Care) at McKenzie Clean Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living environment for the aged still living in their own homes or care facilities in Burleigh and surrounding areas. This is a casual role, offering you the flexibility to work around your other commitments. Approx 15h per week, with the potential for growth.

Key responsibilities

Thoroughly clean private homes including bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas to the highest standards

Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to keep the home clean and well-maintained

Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control protocols to protect the wellbeing of our clients

Provide a friendly, respectful, and compassionate service to our clients

About you

Experience preferred but not essential. Training is provided.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently and independently

A caring, empathetic, and patient approach when interacting with our elderly residents

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, and be available during school holidays

Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and supplies correctly

Professional proficiency is required to be able to communicate with clients

Must have drivers license and reliable vehicle
