Job summary

Evolving Care is seeking detail-oriented cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services across residential and commercial sites throughout Brisbane. You will ensure clean, safe, and welcoming environments for private homes, workplaces, and community spaces.

Ideal candidates have experience in domestic or commercial cleaning, strong attention to detail, and reliable transport. Above-award pay ranges from $30 to $45 per hour, with stable rosters and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic and/or commercial cleaning.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Understanding of WHS and safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 10 kg safely.
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and driver's licence.
• Certificate III in Cleaning Operations and/or Certificate IV in Cleaning Management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Apply infection control and hygiene principles consistently.
• Follow workplace health and safety practices, including identifying hazards and managing risk.
