Job summary

My dog walker is seeking a reliable Dog Handler to join our small team in NSW. You will drive between pickups, supervise walks, and ensure each dog's care instructions are followed.

You’ll manage up to four dogs solo, with potential double-dog walks with another handler. Applicants should have a valid NSW driver’s licence, be located in the Eastern Suburbs or nearby, and be available for 7:00 am or 7:30 am starts on some days.

Qualifications

• Practical animal-care experience is essential.
• Experience handling groups of dogs is beneficial.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, organisation and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Drive between pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Supervise group walks.
• Monitor dogs' behaviour and interactions.
• Follow each dog's individual care instructions.
• Manage groups of up to four dogs independently.
• Work with another handler on group walks with up to eight dogs.
