Petstock Group is seeking a dedicated dog groomer for our new store in Angle Vale. You will provide full grooming services for diverse breeds, ensuring a safe, delightful experience for dogs and owners alike. Coordinate bookings, assist the team, and help meet sales targets while maintaining salon standards.

The role emphasizes safety, breed clip knowledge, and high-quality care with strong teamwork and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional dog grooming.
• Ability to create and embed strong safety practices throughout the salon and store.
• Good knowledge of breed clips and grooming styles.
• Physically fit to lift heavy animals as required.
• Demonstrated experience with live animals and animal welfare.

Responsibilities

• Provide full grooming services for a variety of breeds (bathing, drying, clipping).
• Deliver a positive grooming experience and excellent customer service.
• Coordinate the grooming salon and clients with the Store Manager.
• Manage client bookings and assist the team to meet sales targets.
• Maintain salon presentation and stock management, ensuring safety standards.
