Job summary

Spiecapag Australia, based in Adelaide, is seeking a proactive Document Controller to support our South Australia projects. You will ensure documents are accurately maintained and readily accessible for the project team, spanning multiple functions and delivery phases.

You will manage document control lifecycles, registers and workflows, provide training and clear communications, and deliver day-to-day project administration to keep activities aligned with schedules and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in document control, project administration or administration support within construction, engineering, manufacturing or pipeline environments.
• Knowledge of current industry best practice and document control standards.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage project document control across the full lifecycle, including registers, workflows, approvals, distribution and close-out
• Prepare, submit and track documentation in line with contractual requirements, project schedules and client expectations
• Maintain document control standards, including naming, version control, filing structures and accurate document registers
• Provide training, guidance and clear communications to support consistent document control practices across projects and departments
• Provide logistical and administrative support to project personnel

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Document Controller to support our projects located in South Australia. In this Adelaide-based role, you will provide document control, administrative and logistical support to the project team, ensuring project information is accurately maintained and readily accessible.

As the projects progress into their delivery phases, you will play a key role in coordinating project documentation, maintaining registers, supporting reporting requirements, and assisting with day-to-day project administration activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions and supporting a project team in a dynamic environment.

About you

• Knowledge of current industry best practice and document control standards.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with using Procore will be highly regarded
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and support multiple stakeholders
