Job summary

Elite Staffing Solutions is seeking Dockhands/Freight Unloaders for an ongoing AM shift at our Warwick Farm operation. Starting at 4:30am, the role involves unloading freight, sorting parcels, and staging items for dispatch in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and comfortable with lifting 1–25 kg. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not essential; casual ongoing hours are available with potential for extra shifts.

The Opportunity

Elite Staffing Solutions is partnering with Direct Freight Express, a leading national freight and logistics company, and we are looking for reliable Dockhands / Freight Unloaders to join their busy Warwick Farm operation.

This is an ongoing AM shift with consistent weekly work for people who are reliable, physically fit and ready to work in a fast-paced freight environment.

About the Role

• AM shift starting at 4:30am
• Monday to Friday work
• Shifts are generally 4–6 hours depending on freight volumes
• Ongoing casual work with opportunities for additional hours
• Located in Warwick Farm
• Immediate start available

What You'll Be Doing

• Unloading freight from trucks and trailers
• Sorting parcels and freight
• Moving and staging freight for dispatch
• Repetitive manual handling and lifting of parcels between 1–25kg
• Working on your feet for extended periods
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Working as part of a busy team to meet daily freight requirements
