Job summary

Elite Staffing Solutions is seeking Dockhands/Freight Unloaders for an ongoing AM shift at our Warwick Farm operation. Starting at 4:30am, the role involves unloading freight, sorting parcels, and staging items for dispatch in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and comfortable with lifting 1–25 kg. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not essential; casual ongoing hours are available with potential for extra shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to start work at 4:30am.
• Good physical fitness for repetitive lifting and standing.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Previous warehouse or freight experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trucks and trailers.
• Sort parcels and freight for dispatch.
• Move and stage freight for dispatch.
• Lift and handle parcels weighing 1–25 kg repeatedly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and work with the team to meet daily freight requirements.
