Job summary

Amida Group is recruiting for a Divisional Manager / Construction Manager with expertise in demolition and decommissioning projects across industrial, energy, civil and mining environments. The role oversees project delivery, mentoring project managers and engineers, and driving business development on major tenders across the East Coast.

You will lead a team on tenders, scheduling, budgeting, and client liaison, with travel to multiple sites and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
• 7–15+ years’ management experience on mining / civil construction projects.
• Project management qualifications will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Working on tenders and business development.
• Planning and scheduling of construction activities.
• Management of site project teams.
• Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management.
• Preparation of management reports.
• Resolving site issues in a timely manner.
• Liaising with key clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinating internal and external resources.
• Recruitment and mentoring of teams.
