Job summary

Amida Group, a leading demolition and decommissioning contractor, seeks a Construction Manager / Divisional Manager – Demolition in Newcastle, NSW. You will oversee multi-project delivery across industrial, energy, civil and mining settings.

The role requires 7–15+ years of management experience, a hands-on leadership style, and strong client liaison skills; travel across the East Coast is expected.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
• 7–15+ years’ management experience on mining or civil projects.
• Project management qualifications are advantageous.
• Hands-on construction understanding, leadership, and delegation.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tenders and business development.
