Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Manager, District Medical Administration to lead the Senior Medical Workforce Unit and coordinate recruitment and credentialing of Senior Medical Officers across NSLHD. Based at Macquarie Hospital and Level 14 Kolling, the role will strengthen district medical workforce governance.

The role develops procedures and guidelines to support facility-based medical workforce units and drives strategic initiatives that improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in management and/or equivalent admin experience.
• Strong organisational skills in a high-volume, complex environment.
• Experience in Human Resource Management, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Senior Medical Workforce Unit recruitment and credentialing across NSLHD.
