Job summary

Norco invites applications for a casual team member to join our cold room distribution team at our busy milk manufacturing site in Raleigh, NSW. You will help pack, load and deliver orders accurately and safely, working across 24/7 shifts.

On-the-job training is provided and there are opportunities to multi-skill and progress to higher grades for motivated individuals. We value safety, reliability and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a busy, physical environment.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks in cold-room environments.
• Ability to operate a forklift and work in confined spaces or willingness to upskill.
• Strong focus on safety and WHS principles.
• Reliability and willingness to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders accurately and ensure correct loading and delivery.
• Assist with loading/unloading at a busy milk manufacturing site.
• Support 24/7 warehouse operations across 3 shifts.
• Participate in on-the-job training and opportunities to upskill to higher grades.

About the role:

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable team member to join our cold room distribution team at our busy milk manufacturing site inRaleigh.

In this Casual position you’ll help make sure our orders are packed, loaded and delivered accurately, safely and on time. You’ll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing a great job every day and you’ll play an important part in keeping our dairy products moving from farm to fridge.

We know how important work/life balance is and that this is different for everyone. We run our warehouse 24/7 over 3 shifts so we are confident we will be able to find the right fit for your lifestyle.

On‑the‑job training will be provided, and there are great opportunities to multi‑skill and progress to higher grades for motivated team members.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks in a cold-room environment
• Hold a current forklift ticket and are confident operating in confined spaces (or willing to upskill)
• Have a strong focus on safety and understand WHS principles
• Are reliable and happy to work shift work (including weekends & public holidays)
• Can follow procedures accurately and work with minimal supervision
• Have good time management and can meet set deadlines
• Have basic literacy and numeracy skills to complete order documentation
• Take pride in your work, use good problem‑solving skills, and make sound decisions

If successfully you will be required to complete a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
