Costa Group is seeking experienced Distribution Centre Forklift Operators for our Berry category in Tasmania. Located at East Devonport, you will help ensure goods move safely and efficiently through a fast-paced warehouse, supporting our cold storage operations.

You must hold a current LF forklift licence, have hands-on forklift experience, and demonstrate a strong safety mindset. Weekend availability and reliability are essential as we operate on a 7‑day roster with holiday periods.

Our DistributionCentre located in East Devonport is the central hub of activity. Youwill play an integral part of the supply chain process, as the role you performensures the product is delivered to the right place at exactly the right timeto provide the highest quality of fruit to our consumers.

We are currently seeking experienced andsafety-conscious Forklift Drivers to join our team. This is an excellentopportunity for reliable individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced warehouseenvironment and are committed to maintaining high safety standards.

KeyResponsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack products.
• Transport materials efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets.

Skills & Experience

• Previous on-the-job forklift operating experience.
• Current Forklift Licence (LF).
• Competent and safety-focused forklift operator with strong driving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in busy, fast-paced environments.
• Sound understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work within a team environment.

• You like the cold – theseroles operate within our cold storage facilities
• You are available to workweekends – Costa operate on a 7-day rotating roster, whilst you will notwork every weekend, weekend availability is important
• Be available to work over the Christmas and New Year Holidays

All employees will receive full training relevant to their roleand duties. In some cases, a Work Health and Safety (WHS) assessment may be also required to ensure employees can safely perform the duties of the role.
