Job summary

Lactalis Australia is seeking a hands-on Logistics and Distribution Coordinator based in Forrestdale, Western Australia. Reporting to the DC Manager, you will coordinate daily shift operations for the logistics team to ensure on-time, in-full customer service and efficient dispatch.

You will lead, train and communicate with staff, maintain safety, quality and GMP compliance, and monitor inventory and performance against targets in a fast-paced dairy distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG Distribution is highly advantageous
• Experience working in Cold Rooms is highly desirable
• Supervisory experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong leadership to guide and mentor staff
• Strong focus on communication and customer service
• Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
• Sound written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office

About The Opportunity

Based in Forrestdale, Western Australia, a new rare and exciting opportunity is available for a hands on Logistics and Distribution Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting to the DC Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of the logistics team on shift.

With leadership, proactivity and energy, you need to make sure that customer service is delivered whilst ensuring safety, quality and efficiency is met.
