LegalVision is expanding its Dispute Resolution practice in Sydney and seeks a 2-4 PQE lawyer to join the team. You will work directly with clients ranging from SMEs to large corporate entities on a range of complex and commercially significant matters.

The breadth of work includes contract disputes, regulatory investigations, consumer law, IP, franchising, and leasing, giving you broad exposure across multiple practice areas.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of direct experience in commercial disputes and litigation.
• Admitted lawyer in New South Wales with ability to handle client matters independently.
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and matter management skills.

Aufgaben

• Draft a variety of legal documents including pleadings, submissions, letters and deeds.
• Conduct legal research across contract disputes, regulatory investigations, consumer law and franchising.
• Collaborate with senior practitioners to develop case strategy for complex disputes.
• Review evidence and contracts to identify key issues and risks.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations and client meetings.
