Job summary

South Rockhampton Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Dispensary Technician to join our team. You will support pharmacists with dispensing workflows, manage inventory, and help ensure compliant, accurate records in a fast-paced community setting.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III in Dispensary and at least 2 years of retail or dispensary experience, plus strong customer service and communication skills. Experience with Corum or similar dispensary software and POS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Dispensary (Community Pharmacy) preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in a retail or dispensary role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of dispensing procedures and compliance with Pharmacy Board guidelines.
• Experience with Corum or equivalent dispensary software.

• Ensure high standards of service and compliance.
• Assist pharmacists with dispensing workflow and daily dispensary tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
• Support stock management, including daily deliveries, ordering, and inventory control.
