Job summary

Priceline Pharmacy Kin Kora is seeking a dedicated Dispensary Technician to support prescription preparation and dispensing in a supportive community setting.

You will assist with stock, labeling, patient inquiries, and collaboration with the pharmacist to ensure safe, accurate and timely service across the dispensary in Kinora Kin Kora, Queensland. Ensure compliance with S2/S3/S4 and maintain high standards of cleanliness and workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience with prescription dispensing using FRED.
• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or Cert II with dispensary experience.
• Knowledge of S2/S3/S4 medications.
• Attention to detail and strong customer service.
• Organized and methodical approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support dispensary operations and prescription preparation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle patient inquiries.
• Assist with stock levels, including receiving and organizing inventory.
• Label, pack, and organize medications accurately.
• Maintain pharmacy cleanliness, displays, and workflow.
• Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping.
• Participate in team training and development activities.
• Support the pharmacist to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure timely, safe, and friendly delivery of medications to patients in the community and aged care.

What you'll be doing (but not limited to)

• Supporting dispensary operations and prescription preparation

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in prescription dispensing using FRED.
• Ideally hold a Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or Cert II with dispensary experience
• Thorough understanding of S2, S3, and S4 medications
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organized and methodical approach to tasks
