Job summary

Priceline Pharmacy in Casuarina is opening a brand-new store and seeking a Full-Time Dispensary Technician to join a supportive, fast-paced team. You will assist the pharmacist, manage stock, and provide advice on OTC medicines while delivering excellent customer service in-store.

Qualifications

• No formal pharmacy experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the pharmacist within the dispensary.
• Ordering and unpacking dispensary stock.
• Providing information and advice on OTC medicines.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient dispensary.
• Delivering exceptional customer service in both the dispensary and front-of-shop when required.
• Webster packing as needed.

About You

Experience is valued; however, we are happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician (preferred but not essential)


• Strong knowledge of pharmacy products


• Excellent computer skills


• Outstanding customer service skills


• A reliable and enthusiastic work ethic
