Job summary

Priceline Pharmacy Caboolture is hiring a Full Time Dispense Technician to support pharmacists in dispensing and verifying medications in a busy community pharmacy. The role emphasizes accuracy, NHS claim processing, and staying compliant with PBS requirements.

The successful candidate will maintain dispensary stock, assist across pharmacy areas, and support with MPS and Webster packing while delivering excellent customer service to local patients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy, or Cert II with dispensary experience.
• Thorough understanding of S2, S3, and S4 medications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service.
• Strong communication and highly organized in approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist in medication dispensing and verification.
• Manage NHS claim processing efficiently.
• Stay updated on PBS legislative requirements affecting the pharmacy/dispensary.
• Maintain dispensary stock levels and implement loss prevention strategies.
• Provide support in various pharmacy areas when needed.
• Assist with MPS and Webster packing.
