Job summary

LiveLife Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Dispensary Assistant to support pharmacists and dispensary staff. Training will be provided; experience is valued but not essential. The role covers front-of-shop and dispensing duties, stock control, and customer service in a friendly, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Dispensary Assistant or relevant qualifications (highly regarded but not essential)
• Retail pharmacy experience is highly regarded
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Motivated and willing to work front of shop and approach customers
• Ability to multitask
• Be well presented

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences in front of shop and dispense areas
• Work in a Pharmacy with exposure to Dispensary functions
• Proficient use of dispensary software (FRED NXT)
• Provide efficient stock control in the Dispensary
