Job summary

Hallmark Cards Australia in Scoresby is seeking a hands-on warehouse team member to receive, store, pick and dispatch products safely and efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and high-rise equipment operation.

You’ll work across dispatch, high-rise operations and general warehouse duties, with a starting salary of 65,559 AUD plus superannuation. The role requires two years in warehouse/distribution, LF forklift licence and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/dispatch experience.
• Experience in inventory control and stocktaking.
• High Reach / High Rise equipment experience and forklift licences.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare customer orders for dispatch and complete shipping documentation.
• Operate high rise equipment to replenish picking locations and move stock safely.
• Support inventory movements, stock replenishment, put-aways and stock organisation.
• Assist with Back Fill, container unloading and cover for High Rise Operators.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and uphold safety and compliance standards.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Distribution team, you’ll ensure products are received, stored, picked and dispatched efficiently while maintaining safety, and service standards. This role combines Dispatch, High Rise Operations, as well as general Warehouse support.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare customer orders for dispatch, complete all required shipping documentation, and safely load and unload freight in accordance with established work practices.

• Operate high rise equipment to replenish picking locations and move stock safely.

• Support efficient inventory movements and stock flow throughout the warehouse, including stock replenishment, put-aways, and inventory organisation.

• Support general warehouse duties including but not limited to Back Fill and container unloading, plus cover for High Rise Operators.

• Maintain accurate inventory control, uphold workplace safety and compliance standards, and contribute to a collaborative, efficient, and continuously improving warehouse operation.

The annual salary for this role is $65,559 with an immediate start date available. Superannuation is in addition to this amount.

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and comfortable working across several warehouse areas, sometimes within the same day. Someone to whom details matter, with a strong team focus and the ability to meet tight fulfilment deadlines.

You must also have

• Warehouse, dispatch or distribution experience (minimum 2 years).

• Experience in inventory control and stocktaking.

• High Reach / High Rise experience.

• Current LF forklift licence (FO forklift licence also desirable).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and able to prioritise and meet deadlines.

• Flexible and reliable team player with good communication and basic computer skills.
